Carolina Vargas Falls
Carolina Vargas Falls and her husband, Les.
Carolina Vargas Falls is a native of Costa Rica. She received her Masters Degree in Business Administration with emphasis in Hotel Management from Universidad Internacional de las Americas in Costa Rica. While General Manager at Hotel Grano de Oro in San Jose she met and married her husband, Les Falls, who was at that time a wholesale travel Specialist to Costa Rica with now more than 16 years in the business now practicing only with select clientele.
Carolina has had extensive hotel management experience. She managed the 35 rooms at exclusive Hotel Grano de Oro in San Jose for 9 years, as well as Finca Rosa Blanca in Heredia.
While in the U.S. she worked as Reservation Manager for Young's Realty/Summerchase Condominiums. Then worked as the number two person at Kaiser Realty/Resort Services in Housekeeping Logistics Department with no less than 200 people under her charge and 1000 plus condominiums and rental houses.
Being bi-lingual, Carolina speaks perfect English, with a little bit of an Alabama accent, and of course, flawless Spanish. Her businesslike, yet friendly, approach to your needs is well appreciated.
Carolina and her husband moved to Pavones, Costa Rica in December, 2004, where her husband combines his passion of surfing Pavones with assisting Carolina in her duties of helping her clients and customers. Her goal is to provide the best possible communication, services and satisfaction for everyone.
Although she handles Rental Properties, Carolina is also heavily involved in the Management of larger tracks of properties and farms, being on the front line to make sure that she meets all the needs of the farms, the owners, and the employees.

Pavones Best Rentals is located 30 minutes before you get to Pavones before Pilon, in the hills of Cuervito. Coming from Comte towards Pilon, 500 meters past the school, La Escuela de Cuervito, look for the second white fence on the right. Our office is in a home in the housing subdivision behind the iron-gated road with painted concrete-stucco pillars holding the gate.
