The Cabina adjacent to the house with two double beds also has access to the pool and area. Patio area of the main house is available for cabina guests when the main house is not occupied. Also features a Smaller yet stylish rock garden, tropical styled modern open air bathroom. A/C, Fan & Hot Water.
The main house and cabina can be rented separately or together if needing to accommodate larger families or groups. Proximities to areas of consideration: 2 minute walk to the pricelessly scenic private rocky beach just down from the house. 20 minute walk or 5 minute drive to the main surf point in Pavones. Grocery facilities and restaurants in nearby Pavones.
A 4-wheel drive rental car is important (we can help you arrange your vehicle rental) for easy access to the beautiful beaches and hillside areas.
This is paradise! Bring your binoculars, every morning there are numerous birds including parakeets, parrots, hummingbirds, toucans, scarlet macaws and other colorful birds of every size and description. Over 275 species of birds make this region of Costa Rica their home. Monkeys of three varieties are on the adjacent property. You can hike for miles through seldom traveled roads, and clear trails. Horseback rental is available for in the mountains and on the beach. It is less than an hour to world-class fishing in Zancudo where you can charter a boat for the day or you can charter one of the lesser expensive pangas in nearby Pavones. This is a modern styled house with up to date appliances where the most discerning guest will want to stay in style and comfort.

Pavones Best Rentals is located 30 minutes before you get to Pavones before Pilon, in the hills of Cuervito. Coming from Comte towards Pilon, 500 meters past the school, La Escuela de Cuervito, look for the second white fence on the right. Our office is in a home in the housing subdivision behind the iron-gated road with painted concrete-stucco pillars holding the gate.
