Pavones Best Rentals is located 30 minutes before you get to Pavones before Pilon, in the hills of Cuervito. Coming from Comte towards Pilon, 500 meters past the school, La Escuela de Cuervito, look for the second white fence on the right. Our office is in a home in the housing subdivision behind the iron-gated road with painted concrete-stucco pillars holding the gate.

Reservation Policy:
Pavones has no land line phones nor post offices ... options to send payments are very limited. No credit cards are accepted in this area.
Having this in mind, reservations can be made by phone or e-mail. Within 10 days of reservation, 50% of the payment must be sent in the form of International Wire Transfer to our Banco Nacional account in Costa Rica (instructions will be given at the time we confirm your reservation). There is an added one time fee of $25 for receiving the transfer. A confirmation will be sent to the client by e-mail upon receipt of funds. No refunds of deposits are given. The remaining 50% must be paid in cash at check-in. No refunds will be given for unused portions of your stay.
Prepayment option is available for those who prefer to have a secure place on arrival; however, you can also "take a chance" and work with the "first come, first served" policy. Good luck! If surf is up, you are taking a big risk of sleeping in your car.
Do yourself a big favor ... avoid driving at night!!!!
Check-In Policy:
Please check in at the Pavones Local office between 10 and 5 p.m. on your day of arrival. If by any reason you are planning to arrive later, you must let us know because we may have to make other arrangements to greet you on your arrival. If you are excessively late, beyond the time you state you will be here, penalties may apply.
Check-Out Policy:
We will visit you on your departure date and collect your keys from you, as well as to make sure the house is left in the same order as when you checked in.
